spring glorious spring - no frost for the next six days

When do you think our last frost date will be? officially Somerset County's is mid-May sometime, but I don't think we've had frost after April 15 for a number of years.

It was so nice to have rain instead of snow. Still got some soggy snow sheets in the shade but the daffs are coming up, the tulips are coming up, and I'm about to go AWOL on my family for the next three months...Husband worn out with kids:"how much longer are you going to be in the garden?" "Until it gets dark, if I CAN!"

last night's low was in the mid 20s and the predicted low tonight (march 21) in central jersey is 29. are you telling us it's warmer in somerset?

Prediction for my area tonite is 30. But daytime definitely feels like spring! Here in Hunterdon County, I really need to stick with May 15th for planting out tomatoes and peppers.
