Home Depot. Comes in big blocks outside in the garden center, white wrapper. Some HDs are better than others in carrying it so you may have to call around and ask.

Post if you think it is better than similar products. I don't see a big difference.

The only product that might be close for me is Miracle Gro Moisture Control Potting Mix (the one with coir). But, I don't like the added fertilizer in the Miracle Gro products, I prefer to control that myself. I know that with pots and the frequent watering that most of the fertilizer gets washed out anyway, but I like a little more control over what goes into my initial plantings.

It's getting impossible to find potting mix that doesn't have fertilizer in it.

Strawberry Blossom in Wayne usually has it but not all the time.
