I don't think it is a problem, on the contrary I find that the contrast band in shower is at right height . It would have been to low if as the bath. Don't worry it looks nice !

I would not worry about the accent bands at different heights there and/or repositioning them but now I would pay attention to finishing with a nice trim on top of the band accent on the left side of the tub and where the shower tiles end (left and right) then installing a nice glass shower enclosure and door. I would worry more about them not scratching the tub with debris when cleaning it up (should have cover it before) and plugging both drains. You may like the end result :) Good luck.

I really like the different heights and I think it all works together nicely. I wouldn't worry about it at all!

For the trimming, what type of trimming you are referring to? Do you mean adding another tile on top of it like how it is for the shower pan area?

Wanying, regarding the trims, It could be a rounded ceramic or stone trim, just to have a nice edge, look in the internet for photos of these trims or go to a Tile shop they will show them to you.
