Sundew not doing well

Someone please help me with my cape sundew. I bought it from Home Depot but then noticed it had no dew. It doesn't even have any signs of red. I keep it in a medium sized terrarium with about 60 percent humidity. The tips are also drying up and turning black with red which ends up spreading throughout the whole leaf. Even the new leaves are starting to dry up. I can't even give it sunlight because otherwise it will cook in the sun. Please help quick

Put outdoors in a protected place and out of the sun.
Use drinking water -- not SoCal tap water -- to keep the growing media moist.

It needs to be able to capture small insects or it will die.
Do *not* fertilize it.

Thanks for helping but I did all that already. By the way I can't feed because it has now DEW at all. I give it distilled water. I would like to know the percentage on keeping he soil moist. I barely put it in a greenhouse about two days ago. I mist it with distilled water for humid and it is about 100 degrees hot inside the greenhouse. Please help me out with specific answers
