My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I bought a new pair of pruners this morning, not good ones like the Felco's, and within an hour of getting home, I found the pair I lost. They were in the wood pile - apparently I dropped them when I threw stuff I was weeding over the fence.

Fortunately, I'd not opened the new pair, so back they will go.
