The white mulberry tree is considered an invasive non-native tree in most, if not all, of the US. Although there are non-fruiting cultivars, they are probably only offered through specialty nurseries, due to the deservedly poor reputation of Morus alba. Since they are so weedy, you could probably find one along a roadside somewhere, if you absolutely must have one.
