I'd have thought the insects would have left by now. If not, put the whole shebang in the freezer for 2-3 days. After you take them out, make sure any condensation has dried thoroughly before packaging the seeds for storage. (If you want to remove the insects, a sieve would probably work ... probably best to do while still frozen, aphids are moisture-laden soft-bodied creatures and will probably be particularly mushy after thawing.)
