Will roses bloom all summer in Kentucky?

We moved here two years ago from California and built a house. With last year's drought, we didn't do much landscaping since we moved in our new house mid-April and the dry weather started soon after.

In California, we planted two rows of roses, spaced about 6 feet apart per rose bush, all the way up our driveway. It was gorgeous because we had blooms all summer long.

We'd like to do something similar on our 200-foot long driveway here in Kentucky. But will the roses bloom all summer to give a pretty look? I'm not sure what roses will do here vs. how they behaved/bloomed in California. Trying to figure out if this is a good option. Are there certain types of roses we should consider? We had hybrid teas in California.

Thanks!
