porcelain berry vine invasive here?

A landscape designer suggested a porcelain berry vine for a lamppost. I did some research on it and found it's invasive in many places so I decided not to get one. I just saw what the mature berries look like and I really want one! They're gorgeous--the look like the easter bunny laid robin's eggs! Are they REALLY invasive in southwestern Ohio?

I have had one on the part shade northwest portion of my house for 6 years and it hasn't wandered. Maybe I'm in for it next year, but so far, so good.

I have had one for 3 or 4 years, and wondered what all the fuss was about, until this year. With the milder weather of this summer, mine has really taken off. It is creeping on the ground to about 15 ft. I don't really think it would climb up a lamp post on its own. The berries really are pretty, but I am wondering how much it will seed. I will post if it does.

My understanding was that birds ingested the berries and planted more vines that way. Do birds not eat the berries on your vines?
It's getting past time to plant the vine, so maybe I am safe from following this urge for another season.
