My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Straw Mulch

Anyone in the OKC area want to go in on getting some bales of straw for mulch? I've got a line on some in Pauls Valley--but trying to arrange transportation for it, which is turning out to be a problem. $4.00 a bale (he's advertised on Craigslist). I can subsidize some of the cost of transport if anyone is interested.

If anyone knows of sources closer to OKC (and cheaper?) let me know.
