Paul, if you apply your considerable intellect and imagination to making money then you must be rich, send me some.

Truly, I appreciate what you are bringing to this forum.

My former wife was really good at these things, had to get rid of her. My current wife knits, sews, etc doesn't know one plant from another or why they grow, BIG BUTT she is strong like central European ox. She doesn't like the harness but I have to use it to plow a straight row! Digs holes, mows grass and pulls weeds, grand fine woman.

At the end of the day she leaves me to social intercourse with friends while she cares for the children.

I'm both a hosta-holic and an olympa-holic. The next few weeks are going to be a juggling act.

Based upon last night's opening ceremonies, I'm going to name one of my seedlings "Shining Moment."

Other names might be
Nest Gargantua
Parade of Nations
Chalk Path
and
2008 Drummers

Lainey

What was the name of the drums? That would make a good one too. There's a h. Torchlight already, but I don't see a Torch Bearer.

Oh--I finally get it--we are to name the hosta we already have in our gardens with an 'Olympic' theme name! Duh!! I was thinking
we were to come up with 'Olympic' names for our hosta according to their performance! Don't ask me why I saw it that way!
It's been a long 24 hours!!! :>/

Sorry, Paul--I hope I've not distracted from your thread by the one I did come up with on the Olympic theme--my way!!!!

How about 'Great Expectations'? Will that work?

I'm bumping yours up so it will get noticed quickly!!
