Too funny, mayalena! After that thread, I went out and bought a scuffle hoe as well! I haven't used it yet - no time - but I look forward to it. I used one on the farm I worked on but never used it in my perennial beds. But I have so many little weeds that I can't wait to get out there and scuffle, lol!

My favorite tool for years. I've got one with an 8" wide blade, but I am going to get a 3 1/2" on to get into tight spaces.

Make sure you also get a file and keep it sharp. It makes a big difference if you sharpen it before each use. Don't let it be "as dull as a hoe."
