when to plant pink muhly grass

15 years ago

Does anyone know if it's safe to plant pink muhly grass before the frost date? I have small plants in 4" pots that I am keeping under a grow light in an unheated basement right now. I live in zone 6 and had ice and snow last week. (4/1)
