Here is mine. I recently divided it from a plant at the cabin. I have a second hosta garden which I share with my mom at our family cabin.. The hostas often travel back and forth from cabin to home.
Francee is another of my favorites too It holds up nice all season and as you say Don it really is a lovely classic. Small by some standards but growing by leaps and bound AND ... the slugs aren't eating them either
I'm a convert too. I put off getting 'Francee' since it seemed pretty ordinary, but weakened when I found a nice big specimen this spring. It looked wonderful all summer - nice dark green leaves, crisp white edges, elegant well behaved shape. I can see why so many people list it as a favourite. Jan
My neighbour has a few...all beautiful...we traded and now I have a piece that went from 3 leaves last year to 11 this year...great things to come spring 2014!
