Never gave much thought to ground orchids but am enjoying this one which was a Christmas handout at our OS. It has been in constant bloom and adds a lovely spot of color to the garden.

Cuties, aren't they? I have some in my garden. They look ratty after the last cold front- I have to do a lot of trimming, to keep them looking clean.
