If they are dormant you may bring them out of dormancy inside but probably not, in fact it is unlikely that they have gone dormant.

Sit them on the ground in a north east corner OUTSIDE of the house and cover with about 3-4 inches of mulch all around the edges and top, then cover with plastic and forget them until spring. If you can't wait for spring, bring them in late March and put under a shop light about 4 inches above, donot water until they start to poke up eyes. Keep raising the light as they grow.
