My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is such a great bloomer. This year it had 4 spikes of approx. 6 to 7 flowers. The color is outstanding and this orchid is also fragrant.

    An ancient thread and not much activity here. For what it is worth.....in a large collection of Cattleyas, I treat them all the same and here in the sub tropics they will be in different stages of growth and flowering throughout the year.
