My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

One of the parents of the plant Jane recently posted. I am absolutely floored by the flowers on this thing - such ghostly grace, and a very interesting translucent substance. It is without question the most elegant and intricate orchid blossom I have ever seen (in my opinion at least :)). Smells like butterscotch too, which is a pleasant surprise! Tragically, this plant seems to be infected with some sort of bacteria or possibly even virus - despite hydrogen peroxide and alcohol treatment, new growths are coming out spotted with pin-head sized brown spots that slowly get larger. It is isolated, and has generously blossomed despite it's sickly state. I hope I can save it!
