applying stuff in the rainy season

Im waiting for the rain to stop so I can mow the lawn. I have both soy bean meal and alfalfa pellets to apply. Can I apply these at the same time? (before it stats raining again)? The lawn is looking great, and this is just my routine stuff. Thanks
