My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Oily SBM

I bought my first couple of bags of SBM for this year, yesterday. The bags were so oily that they were soaked through. I am sure it is fine, but thats the first time I have seen that. Has anyone else gotten SBM like that?
