I can think of one in particular that would be "perfect". Belinda's Dream has everything you are looking for and is on the Earthkind list from Texas A&M, passing with flying colors a trial they put roses thru. Plus, she has a very different, attractive foliage. Makes a great cut flower with good fragrance.

GD, that yellow is Easy Going, a disease free floribunda but is a little winter tender even here.

Yes, there have been some recorded cases of RRD in the surrounding area as well as down near Conway..but nothing to the extent in MO.
