They look like tofu on the hoof! Yum.

Even if they sprout, they do not become weeds in the aggressive and tenacious sense. You mow them down one time, the plants die, and they become food for the microbes. At least that is how it works for corn kernels.

Yes, I took the picture this morning using my S550 Powershot Canon camera, macro. I placed the seeds on top of my computer table. I'm glad that they will die after they get mowed. :)
