Can you ID it? This one is a doddle* here in Florida. This is a good example of why it is beneficial to let your plants get big and not over do dividing. If it was divided now the next 12 months of growth of the divisions would be less growth than future future divisions. In other words by leaving plants alone the total amount of orchid plants is larger left alone. This could be important to a newly addicted orchid grower whit desires to expand a collection. Bottom line too fast is slow. And slow will expand your collection faster. Naturally you'll need trading partners as part of the equation.

Also by not in a rush to divide, the quantity, quality and size of flowers is superior with a large healthy plant vs. healthy first bloom division.
