My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

flowers sighted!

Hey ya'll,

Drove to Ft. Smith on Friday from Bentonville. Saw tips of forsythia beginning to open up bright yellow. Saw a wild pear (I think it was) in full white bloom where 254 and 40 split off each other, and what looked like a bright coral bloom on a crab apple. I'm so happy about it. But the snow flurries today, lol.
