I've been craving fresh tomatoes lately. I got a salad at a drive through last week and it had the saddest looking little shriveled up cherry tomatoes I've ever seen. lol

this tomato has received a lot of press for the last couple yrs. seeds were coming from israel. it is a hybrid but there is an op version being traded at different sites. i think it has been grown out to f7 by some.
it was developed at rutgers by a fellow named pollack in 1960. this is actually a reintroduction. it was available before commercially.

i think this is accurate.

Christie, Have been on a tomato binge here. There is a local super market that has these expensive grape tomatoes that i've been buying that are delicious. Have been eating one everytime i go by my table. Had to give up piazza to buy them but it was worth it.
