I'm looking forward to the warm up too. I think I will plant onion seeds and broccoli. The cabbage seeds haven't come in yet. I am going to call Pinetree about that today.

I need to plant the vinca flower seeds too.

I'm looking forward to a warm-up too, but please forgive me for being sceptical, but somehow I cant see it being 65 Saturday, when we still have at least 6" of snow/ice on the ground!!All the warmer days have done so far is make it slicker on top!Getting so I cant remember which end belongs down, slipped so much.
But I'm soo ready to be proved wrong, to be able to walk like we did when it was summer.
But, yes, I know, we could have had it much worse. like Arkansas, and just 20 miles further south that me, so LORD, Please forgive me for griping!!

Our ice is all gone except for the big piles in parking lots, so the warm air may blow your way. Get some of those things Glenda wears and don't go out if it is slick. Emergency rooms are not fun. I am looking forward to the warm days. I thought that I waste a lot of time outside, but during this bad weather I still avoided my inside work that I hate. I might as well play outside. I also spend money on-line when I'm bored - I bought 3 books on Amazon and more seeds I really don't need. I have some itchy spots of poison ivy from the last warm spell when I picked up limbs and a flat tire from driving in the field with Osage Orange sprouts. I hope I do better this time.

I do have to say that after that first month of cold weather, I start to not like winter that much anymore...I surely don't miss having to wear so many layers of clothes! Bonnie ... you brought back a lot of winter memories for me when you mentioned the "extra layer of socks" ... hahaha! Ain't that the truth!
