What kind of temperature range and humidity is the plants environment? What about fertilizer and pest management. They sure do look happy!

I haven't fertilized my plants in almost a year.Ran out and to lazy to remember to get some when I'm at the nursery.As for pests,I can't be sure,but being more on the dry side I haven't had mealy bugs,or scale.I do have ants once in awhile,so I have this ant liquid that I dilute and pour on the plant.
