I loved your pictures. my daffodils are blooming in scattered bunches and some of my crocus, My forsythia is thinking about it but buds are still tight to branches.

The picture of the forsythia looking away up to the house is a great shot.

I enjoyed the spring pictures too and loved the same shot as vickie. My forsythias never bloom well. Maybe too much shade.

26 days of warm weather will make a big difference here. I can see the grass beginning to green up already and the daffs are up about 7 inches. I can even see a lily breaking through the mulch. Larkspur are up and the pussy willow is getting ready.

It's nice to see some spring pics. My daffodils are up too and I can see a few buds but no blooms yet. The warmer weather this week should get things going. It won't look so much like a war zone when the trees leaf out and cover up all those broken branches. It's still pretty sad looking right now.

You know, that picture of the forsythia was my favorite, too. And would you believe we just cut it down. It was growing in the wrong place between the big cedar tree and a nearby black walnut. I'm going to dig up some roots and transplant them to my practically bare back property line. The combination of the several acres of woods being cleared for a development and the installation of city sewer has really changed the landscape. I try to think of it as change and not necessarily a bad thing. But it is hard sometimes....

What a beautiful fence the forsythia will make. Do you plan on putting something else in its place?
Two kinds of my daffys are in full bloom now and my pink hyacinths.

Spring has sprung. The daffodils are in bloom and the forsythia. I plan on expanding my front flower bed and cleaning out the other beds this weekend.
