My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Rain!

We are finally getting a nice shower out north of Springfield. I have been watering all week.

Maybe this will wash some of the dust the road crews have created all week!

After each truck goes by

and that is several times a day. I have had to come inside after a couple of hours each morning.
