Intermediate to cool growing.
They get as big as you let them get.
More light will produce more compact growth.
They are small to medium size orchid.
A favorite.

Shoot. No can do the Intermediate to Cool thing - summer temps regularly hit 85 during the day and low 70s at night.

Ah, well. Another one that got away 'cause of unsuitable culture.... unless a wider temp range has been established since the Bakers recorded their findings. Supposedly, this has happened w/ numerous orchids.

Hmmm - Jay says, "Grows as a warm to cool epiphytic orchid with moderate light and is found at altitudes of 1200 to 2500 meters."

For this beauty, I'd be willing to risk it.
