My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Simply as notification for those who do use milky spore - WalMart has it on super clearance right now. Last week they had it at $25/bag and last night they were down to $15/bag. And from what I read on the St Gabriel's web site, the stuff doesn't go bad. I bought 3 bags for next year's program.
