I just checked WeatherBug and it says tonight's low will be 40.

We didn't cover anything the other night but we sit on top of a hill and didn't have any of the tender plants out yet.

Tulsa weather says 40 also. That means we will be mid-thirties here (probably)((hopefully)).
It sure froze hard here Saturday night though! I had covered the tomatoes, and placed gallon jugs filled with warm water under the coverings. They did fine, but my poor little uncovered potatoes were completely frozen! Oh well, they will outgrow it just fine...
Anyway, I am not dragging the blankets back out tonite. I just finished getting them all washed/dried!

weather.com is predicting 37 for early tomorrow morning, so hope everything will be OK

We ended up frosting that night! I didn't cover my tomatoes, but they seem OK so far.
Now they are forecasting a possible frost Friday night/Saturday morning!!
This is why I usually wait until May 1 to put my tomatoes out. But I started them too early and the darn things were outgrowing gallon pots already so they had to get in the ground! Geez...
