My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

In past years I've had 2 spikes at a time, but not 5 like this year (the photo doesn't show them all). Not sure why this plant is so happy. Maybe the hot, miserable summer we had? Around 40 flowers open right now and it's been in bloom for several weeks.
