They are Lycoris squamigera, commonly called 'Naked Ladies' or 'Magic Lilies' Most any resonable nursery should have them, or you can get them on-line. They don't like moving, and may take a few years to bloom.

You can buy these on eBay most any time ( I just checked and found about 8 listings), either by bidding, or 'Buy it Now'. A Google search shows several nurseries sell them mail-order, but their prices look outrageously high to me.

I received some "Naked Ladies" from a friend last year that he dug up in the spring. geoforce is right, they don't like moving. The leaves died back right away after planting them, and I didn't see them again until this spring. I guess they didn't collect enough energy for blooms. Hopefully I'll get blooms this year.
