The website below is my favorite place to look for new recipes to try. The one I mentioned in another thread that has zucchini, corn and bacon in it is on the page below about the tenth one down (Corn and Zucchini Melody). The zucchini bread recipes have good ratings. That's tempting.

I planted a few sweet onions, Yukon Gold potatoes, and Cherokee Purple tomatoes this year. That's the extent of my veggie garden. I should've planted more things. Spring goes by too fast for me.

You will find that it is addictive. People on this forum got me in to too many tomatoes and now I neglect my flowers. I give most of them away so why do I do it? No tomatoes yet but I have only squashed one stink bug and that is good news. I planted a few potatoes and dig around with my hands to rob new potatoes without digging up the whole plant. I love new potatoes. I harvested an onion today and mint for tea which I like but I use too much sugar.

I can't believe you already have a zucchini! I just planted some; I have really been behind this year.

I like mixed squash, onion, green peppers and a tomato all fried in a little bacon grease.
