This year we planted two eggplants. Or should it be eggplant plants??? Anyway, we're not sure exactly how to tell when to pick. Right now, there is one medium sized and two smaller ones on the plants. I "googled" and read about the indention test. According to that, they're not near ripe yet. I wondered if any of you who have grown or are growing eggplant could tell me about when they usually ripen our area. Thanks! Jo
