My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
my neighbr enjoys my orchids when they are in bloom, and she gave me this for Christmas.Sometimes I see her peeking over the wall,so Ill invite her over
I am always trying to take pictures like what everyone does here and I set up a black cloth, tripod and set my camera on the highest ISO. Also in a dark room with a small amount of light from behind me. So, what is your secret? How do you take yours?
This is basically my set-up,but with a few alterations. I photograph in my garage. One wall is black, and the other is a light gray. The 3 lights are now 2,and I us photo umbrellas to reflect the light instead of putting direct light on the orchids. The ISO speed I use is either 100 or 200.If I need more light I use another light & umbrella. The lamps inside are 250 watt blue photo blubs.I set the umbrella about a foot or 2 above the plant and place the light as close to the underside of the umbrella so it reflects downward. You can get a 2 set light fixtue for around 85-90 dollars.Sometimes camea stores have them on sale (which was my case 50.00). Hope this helps. Also If you have a plain dark wall in the house you can use it as a back drop.I have gray walls in my bedroom and I use them once in awhile (rain). Charles B.
