Definitely a Sabal. Not sure if it's a Sabal minor or a Sabal Palmetto but my best guess is it's a palmetto. They are definitely pretty hardy palms and it will survive your winters with good protection (I wouldn't let them see below 15F ever although they can actually handle colder in the south where temperatures rebound quickly).

I have 4 sabal palmetto, 2 in pots and 2 outside all year(wrapped in greenhouse film during the winter months) and all four are rapidly outpacing this particular palm. I think the mistery palm might be a sabal minor the more I keep looking up pictures and descriptions on growth rate.

Be careful with the plastic wrap that can rot the plant. I think its a sabal minor or sabal palmetto hard to tell in the juvenile stage
