Beer in the morning

I planted tomatoes at my friends house and slugs and rabbits are eating holes in them. I put out beer several times and each time I take a swallow or two. We are going out to eat and I smell like beer. It is very effective though; we caught several big ones and many small ones.

Just kidding. I have used beer for slugs too and it does work. I should have used it earlier around the hostas because they sure look sorry now.

Yes just a swallow or two; it seemed a shame to give it to slugs and it smelled good. We ate lunch at a casino buffet so it didn't matter that I smelled of beer. We gambled $3. and lost it all.
