You have a really nice uneaten looking vine! I would not send a picture of my 3 caterpillar devoured vines. Your fruit looks nice, too. I hope you have enough time to see them ripen. Let us know how they taste!

Well, my caerulea fruits turned to a golden -yellow color, so I decided to try them. I was surprised to find a hollow center without any kind of seeds or pulp in them. It was a disappointment, but I still like the vine and the flowers very much.
By the way, the passion vines I received from you are all doing great! Thanks so much!

Never mind Norma, I have heard that the flavour of Caerulea is not up to much anyway.

I have a Caerulea that has been blooming for years but produced it's first fruit last year. Five of them to be exact and they were all empty. This year I purchased a Constance Elliott and crossed them and had lots of full ripe fruit.

i have a cerulea that has produced lots and lots of fruit and they were all full of seeds and a bright red gooey pulp surrounding each of the seeds. ther flavor was not the best but satisfying.
