Passion flower seedling

I am trying these from seed with not much luck.I have only one seedling and it doesn't look like anymore want to germinate.I have my seedling under lights but it doesn't look like it is growing(about an inch tall).Is there something I should be doing to help this little one along?Thanks

I just found some seeds at Target for Passiflora Caerulea. It says to plant them in gritty or sandy soil and avoid overwatering. Will give them a try and see. Should germinate in 21-28 days.

These seeds can take over a year to germinate. So wait.
And that seedling? Keep it damp, and just wait. It'll either grow or not, but some of them are rather slow to get started. I've found the more I baby them the worse they do.. Neglect them & they flourish. Seems to work for me.
