That is unfortunately a bit vague. How cold do you mean? I have had dozens of different Passifloras withstand temps below freezing, but not MUCH below. On the other hand, there are a handful of Passifloras that that can take much, much lower temps. These would be P. incarnata, P. lutea, P. caerulea, many hybrids that have those parentage, and a few others that I can't think of off the top of my head.

What zone are you in? Some selections of P. incarnata can survive to zone 5 in a good microclimate and P. caerulea can survive through zone 7, and a little into zone 6. P. Incense is an incarnata hybrid that is hardy to zone 6-ish. Incarnata will die back just a few degrees below freezing, while caerulea can sometimes resist down to 15 to 20F before the top dies back. Both will send up new shoots in spring to summer, depending on how north you are, from deep fleshy roots, although some selections of caerulea will not flower unless some old wood survives the winter. Not sure that P. lutea is worth growing.

P. lutea is worth growing if you get one of the silver varigrated varieties. Very pretty foliage.
