from MY experience, p. caerulea is just about the easiest passiflora to start from seed snd grow... I soak my seed in orange juice for 24-48 hrs. then I plant in damp potting mix or paper towels... NOW you wait... and wait.. and WAIT... passiflora seed can take up to 6 or 7 months to germinate, but with caerulea that time is significantly shorter. The fresher the seed, the faster it is... fresh seed can germinate in 1-3 weeks, old seed can take upwards of a year!!

Get yourself a 'propigation mat' or 'seedling heat mat' and put it under your planted seeds. Helps immensely- I've had most kinds sprout in 2 or 3 weeks.

$25 at OSH but well worth it.
