I have 3 incarnata vines and none have come up yet. It was my impression that they don't come up in this region until late May-June.

taz.........well this has been a very strange year. I had several coming up. I don't want them in the area they were in, this year, so I mowed them down yesterday. But, they will continue coming up again and again. This is the third year in this spot. I won't mow them down again, but will transplant them to another spot. After I harvest all I want, I will spray they out.
