My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Walmart in Galveston has beautiful Lady Margaret, caereala (spelling?), another that wasn't in bloom so I can't id it and the coccina for $18.96 in 5 gallon pots! Get 'em while they're hot!
