I've been ordering from Kartuz for a few years. They have good prices for decent starter plants. My only complaint is the lack of communication concerning delivery times. Some deliveries can take an exceptionally long time but the prices are hard to beat. They have a nice variety of plants but do sell out of some stuff fast.

Kristofer there's 2 online nurseries that I buy from often and they each have a limited variety of passies. Their plants are big and healthy and their prices are very reasonable. I have bought passies from both though I usually buy other tropicals. There's Zone 9 Tropicals and Caldwell Nursery.
