I call it a bumble bee, but I call any big slow bee a bumble bee. That agastache has been full of butterflies and bees all summer. The bugs love it but I haven't noticed anything eating the leaves. The yellow flower is always quilled. It is rudbeckia subtomemtosa Harry Eilers. The foliage smells like nice smelling pipe tobacco sometimes.
