“TBS rebuilt our deck, added a screened in porch to the back of the house, and added a porch to the front of the house. They also repaired damage to the basement wall that was discovered during the construction project. TBS completed all the work using high quality material and craftsmanship. The railings on the deck used cabling to provide a clear view of Smith Mountain Lake and were topped with Trex boards to provide a smooth and long lasting surface. The back porch has provided a new and dramatic living area to the house; featuring a panoramic view of the lake and a soaring cathedral ceiling. Our neighbor commented that she had "porch envy" after spending some time on it. The front porch has given the house a much improved appearance and a much friendlier entrance to the house. This is the second project that TBS has completed for us, and they can be counted on for being easy to work with and for providing a high quality and funcional product.”

“There are many architects and builders but few who have the skill, experience, and vision to design and build a green house. Looking for a modern architect in the area, we found Patrick's website and we got to know him before we hired him. We liked him immediately and never "interviewed' anyone else. We never regretted it. He artfully brokered the inevitable differences of opinion between husband and wife, and we enjoyed the consultative process of working out the design together as a small team.
