grapes on an east wall

There's an apartment and parking lot on the east side of our house, but I have about a four foot wide strip down that side of the house, running about 25 feet before it gets to where it is shaded by both the apartment building and our house. I was thinking of trying to trellis some grapes down that strip. They would get a good half day of full sun in the morning, but of course be in the shade from afternoon. There are some bushes, nandinas I think, from the previous owner, that are doing well there, but I would like to put some fruits in whereever I can. My space is pretty limited. Will grapes tolerate that much shade and still produce? I'd like a red seedless variety, I think U of A has a new variety out.
