Butterflies need water just as birds do. An easy thing to do for them is to take a plastic,stone,crock or whatever bottom to a pot,fill it up with water and put stones in there. The butterflies will land on the stones and then drink. I have some dark blue pottery bottoms from Lowes in several places in the yard. They are pretty sitting in the gardens. What do you call those bottoms anyway? My mind is a blank.
